Refund and Returns Policy

Deposit Policy:
All beef orders require a deposit at the time of purchase. Deposits are non-refundable. This deposit secures your order and locks in the price per pound at the time of purchase, regardless of market fluctuations. If you choose to cancel your order, your deposit will not be refunded.

Order Cancellations:
Customers may cancel their orders at any time before the beef is processed. However, as stated above, deposits will not be refunded upon cancellation.

Refunds for Overpayments or Errors:
If an overpayment or billing error occurs, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on beef orders. If you have concerns about your order, please reach out to us immediately so we can address the issue.

Order Issues & Quality Concerns:
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our beef. If you receive an order that is incorrect or if there is a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photos if applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping & Delivery Issues:
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
