We’ve been sending cattle to AJ’s Lena Maid Meats in Lena, Illinois for years, and it wasn’t a decision we made lightly. AJ’s is USDA-inspected, family-owned, and was founded in 1952.

AJ’s has picked up state and national recognition at Quality Meat Shows for their cured meats and sausage, on top of the custom cutting and wild game processing they’ve built their name on. They handle beef sides and quarters, whole and half hogs, and do their own in-house butchering under one roof, so nothing is outsourced along the way.
