What You’ll Receive

Your Half Cow includes a generous selection of cuts, all vacuum-sealed and labeled for easy storage and meal planning:

  • Steaks: Ribeyes, Sirloins, T-bones, and Round Steaks.
  • Roasts: Arm Roasts, Chuck Roasts, Rump Roasts, Short Ribs, Sirloin Tip Roasts, Soup Bones, and Beef Stew Meat.
  • Ground Beef: Perfect for burgers, tacos, and everyday meals.

On average, a half cow yields around 250 lbs of finished, packaged beef.

The Simple 5-Step Process

We the make the process simple and easy from start to finish:

  1. Choose How Much Beef You Want: Decide whether you want a Quarter (1/4) Cow, Half (1/2) Cow, or a Whole Cow.

  3. Customize Your Beef Cuts: Choose how you want your beef cut up directly with the butcher.
  4. Receive Notification When Your Beef is Processed: Your order will be vacuum-sealed, labeled, and ready for your freezer.
  5. We Deliver Your Order: Stock up your freezer and enjoy!
