Ha Thien Tam –
Ryan Nadig gave my wife and I a tour of the Nadig family beef farm in Stockton IL. Has been a consistent family operation for 5 generations! He showed me the ropes on cattle raising. Was very enlightening and interesting. Got up close with the cattle, even entered the nearly 200 year old barn. He’s a wealth of information and a very nice fella. Ended up getting some beef from the farm… the best T-bone and ribeye I’ve had. Thanks Nadigs!
