Raised Right. Tastes Better.

Our cattle are raised on lush Northern Illinois pastures and finished on a balanced local feed for tender, richly flavored beef. We never rush the process — it’s part of why our beef tastes the way it should: naturally flavorful, nutrient-rich, and locally sourced.

  • Ethically Raised: Humane care and sustainable practices are at the core of what we do.
  • Pasture-Grown Quality: Healthier cattle mean better-tasting beef.

If you’re looking for any type of meat, you must contact Nadig Farms. I ordered a half-beef, and from the beginning to the end, they communicated promptly and answered all my questions. I didn’t have to call or reach out multiple times. I’ll definitely be ordering from this farm from now on.
