Description
Before vegetable oils took over the grocery aisle, beef tallow was how people cooked. It made potatoes crispy, seared meat properly, and held up to the heat without smoking out the kitchen. Then it got replaced by something cheaper to produce. We’re bringing it back.
Our tallow is rendered from pasture-raised beef. The result is a clean, pure fat with a rich, savory flavor and a smoke point of 420–480°F, making it one of the most versatile cooking fats you can have in your kitchen.
