First of all, Nadig beef comes packaged perfectly. Not everyone has room for some of the meat packages other farms provide. Nadig beef is actually recipe-ready which means not only can I buy the right amount for what I’m making, its quality is above what I can get in the store.
My family has had the privilege of eating beef from Nadig Farms several times, and each time we’ve talked about what a complete difference it makes in a recipe.
The meat consistency is better; the grind you get is finer which means it’s perfect for something like meatloaf or a ragu; and the flavor is simply superior to what you can get in the store. In fact, I’d say this meat spoils you for what you can get at most butcher shops in the area.
I’d highly recommend Nadig Farms beef for any recipe you would want to enhance with a far better meat, for a great price.
