Raised Right. Tastes Better.

Our cattle are raised on lush Northern Illinois pastures and finished on a balanced local feed for tender, richly flavored beef. We never rush the process — it’s part of why our beef tastes the way it should: naturally flavorful, nutrient-rich, and locally sourced.

  • Ethically Raised: Humane care and sustainable practices are at the core of what we do.
  • Pasture-Grown Quality: Healthier cattle mean better-tasting beef.
  • Vacuum-Sealed Freshness: Each cut is professionally processed and sealed to lock in peak flavor.

Nadig Farms is truly a dream come true for anyone who values authentic, family-owned, and accommodating farm-to-table operations run by hard-working folks with deep ties to the land. I had the pleasure of touring with father Rob and son Ryan, who opened their gates (and even their garage) to give me a firsthand look at how their 100% grass-fed beef is raised in the picturesque Driftless area. They even humored me when I asked to chew a piece of the sorghum grass– a funny moment I think shows just how welcoming they are. These cows have it made, and the farm takes absolutely zero shortcuts—just honest work, quality beef, and amazing prices. It’s a win-win I’d recommend to anyone looking for local authentic prime beef in the Midwest from one of the fairest and most hospitable family businesses I have ever had the pleasure to meet.

I had a very pleasant experience with buying from Nadig Farms. The site was easy to use, helpfully detailed with important information. They answered the phone when you called and helped with any questions about the order you may have. They kept me updated about the status of my order, got it to me in a very timely manner and included a super helpful list of cuts that helped me split the order between households with my family and a handy reference to help plan future meals. Truly A+ customer service, good quality meats, and all at a good price. Thank you very much!
